TariffWise uses artificial intelligence to generate guidance, document drafts, and cost estimates. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:

The TariffWise application, including its design, code, content, and AI prompts, is owned by Don Moody. All rights reserved. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service (your company profile, shipment records, etc.).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TariffWise is currently provided as a beta service. Beta features may be incomplete, subject to change, or discontinued without notice. We appreciate your feedback during this period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TariffWise and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to customs penalties, regulatory fines, or business losses resulting from reliance on Service outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TariffWise and its operator from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
