To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TariffWise and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to customs penalties, regulatory fines, or business losses resulting from reliance on Service outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
